 About Me
I have completed four years of advanced clinical training in counselling and psychotherapy, living and working in north east London. I’ve worked with clients both online and in person, developing my practice with a diverse range of people navigating experiences such as grief, anxiety, stress, trauma, parenthood and more.
Alongside my clinical work, I have over ten years’ experience in the charity sector, with a broad background in mental health and international development.
I am a registered member of both the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the United Kingdom Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA) and follow their code of ethics. I attend regular supervision and engage in continual professional development.

Therapy
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or just feeling stuck, therapy offers a space to reflect, gain clarity, and move forward at your own pace.
I provide a confidential, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My approach is grounded in Relational Transactional Analysis, which places the client-therapist relationship at the heart of the therapeutic process. At the same time, I remain flexible and responsive to each person’s unique needs and experiences.
I’m currently offering therapy at a reduced rate (£40 per session) whilst I complete my clinical training.

Sessions
I offer weekly 50-minute sessions, held at the same time and day each week. We can work together short or long term, depending on what feels right – this is something we can explore together.
Each session is £40. I also offer a small number of reduced-fee spaces if affordability is a concern.
Sessions are held at The Twelfth House, 1 Chingford Road, London E17 4PW (about a 10-minute walk from Walthamstow Central Station).
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call to answer any questions you might have.
In our first session, you’ll have space to share what’s bringing you to therapy and get a feel for whether working together feels right.
